Schezwan Chutney Ingredients
All the necessary ingredients for making this chutney are given below in the same quantity you will use them.
- 30 grams – Dried Kashmiri Red Chilies
- 30 grams – plain dry red chilies
- 150ml- oil
- 2 teaspoons - tomato ketchup
- 2 cloves of garlic
- One onion
- A ginger
- Two teaspoons of soy sauce
- Two teaspoons of vinegar
- Coriander stalks
How to make Schezwan Chutney?(step by step with photos)

First of all we will separate the stalks of all the chillies by breaking them.
After that, add water and soak it and boil it.
After boiling the chilies, add the boiled chilies to a mixture after cooling them with water.
Stir the mixture well and make a paste of the chilies and keep it aside.
After that, take a pan, add oil inside the pan and let the oil get hot.
After heating oil in a wok, add chopped garlic.
Add grated ginger.
Add finely chopped onion.

After frying all the ingredients, add the ground chilies that we made into a paste.
