- 3 pieces baingan
- 1/2 kg Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 piece onion
- 1 piece tomato
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp chopped red chili
- 1 tsp or to taste salt
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Curry leaves
- Green chili
- Fresh coriander

- First, cut the baingan into rounds and soak it in salted water for a while. Then, fry it and set it aside.
- Similarly, whisk the yogurt well and set it aside in a bowl.
