Chicken Roll
Ingredients
- Boneless Chicken
- 1 tsp black pepper powder (kali mirchi)\
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp vinegar (sirka)
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 cup yogurt (dahi)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp zeera powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
- Half medium onion chopped
- 4-5 green chili
- 1/2 cup cabbage chopped
Instruction
- Wash and dry the boneless chicken then add turmeric coriander powder, black and red chili powder, one spoon of vinegar, juice of two lemons, hot spices, half a cup of curd, half a cup of mayonnaise, cumin powder, salt and ginger garlic paste. Add and mix well and leave for an hour.
- Put a cup of curd and tomato ketchup in a bowl and add half an onion, four to five green chilies, a tomato and a little cabbage finely chopped.
- Fry the spiced chicken well in oil. Put a little tamarind water on top of it.
- Knead the white flour and prepare small parathas. Now add the cooked chicken and curd paste on it and roll the paratha.
