Cheese Pakora
Ingredients
- 1 cup gram all purpose flour
- 1 tsp Celery (ajwain)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp ground red pepper
- 1 tsp rice flour
- 2 pinches soda
- 2 packets cottage cheese
- 2 tsp green sauce
- Salt according to taste
- Cooking oil to fry
Instructions
- Add salt, pepper, turmeric, celery, rice flour and soda to the basin and beat well.
- Cut slices of cottage cheese and marinate it with green chutney.
- After fifteen minutes, put it in the pan and fry it. Serve hot with tamarind chutney.
